Making a publicity to my friends

I had not made any publicity to my family and friends until yesterday. I was too shy to tell that I sell something handmade on Etsy. I was afraid that they would laugh at me. Handmade is surely popular in Japan and there are a lot of people who sew, knit and especially crochet, but it should be "hobby", not "business".

But I finally decided to worry too much what other people think of me. Some people may think I am selling that is not worth, but I am proud of it and I have some repeat customers (!). So I posted my Etsy shop on my facebook.

My friends reacted really nice and sweet. They even share my Etsy shop link :) And I was really ashamed that I thought they could be mean to me. No, not at all. I should know that I have really good friends.
